How do I book a party ?

Bookings can be made in person or over the telephone.
You are able to hold a date for up to two days
, after which a £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.

Where are the parties held ?
 

Our Premier and Mini Parties are held in our 'Enchanted Kingdom' venue, which is situated in Eastleigh.
Complete with hand painted décor, elaborate thrones and scene setters, make-up and craft stations and not forgetting our delightful tea-tables, it's perfectfor any little princess.

 

Is there a minimum attendance ?

 

There is no minimum attendance at our events, however the prices remains the same regardless of how many children are at the party.

 
Is there a maximum attendance ?

Our premier parties are priced and scheduled for 20 children and our mini parties for 10 children. If you wish for a higher number to attend then each extra child will incur an additional cost of £10.00 per head. If a sibling or relation is expected to participate, please include them in the final guest list.

 

When do you need the final Guest List ?

We need to know the first names of the children that will be attending approximately 7 days prior to the event, in writing, in order to personalise the activities that will take place. We cannot take names over the phone as spelling mistakes can happen and it is important that we get each certificate and name badge correct!

 

What should the children wear ?

Your character entertainers dress in a theme related costume and children are encouraged to do the same. Costumes are not provided in our packages. There will be plenty of photographic opportunities – so don’t forget the camera.

 

Can other parents stay for the party ?
 

Our parties work best without the presence of too many adults in attendance as they can be a distraction to the activities and smooth running of the event, along with health and safety issues.
We allow a maximum of five adults to stay and watch your party and these spaces are normally taken by family members of the birthday child.

Other adults will need to drop off their children and then return at the end. They will all be notified of this in thier invitations.

What happens if I cancel my booking ?

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking with us, your deposit paid is non-refundable. Any cancellation made less than 21 days prior to the event will be liable for payment in full.

 

Additional Policies

Once Upon A Party, and it's employees, accept no responsibility for any accidents, damages or allergic reactions stemming from any activity before, during or after the event. Once Upon A Party will provide you with fully trained staff, a fully equipped venue and fully insured working practices with regards to health and safety. We require that a parent or other responsible adult from your party is present throughout the duration of the party.
